Referral Fee Commission Structure

The Referral Tank commission structure depends on several factors.  

Referral fees received from outside brokers as a result of referrals placed by The Referral Tank to their chosen broker will be payable to the Broker.   The Broker shall, in turn, pay the Referral Associate 70% of the  referral fee for the first two (2) settled referrals* and 90% of the referral  fee for all referrals thereafter provided that the Referral Associate places at least one (1) settled referral per calendar year and the referral  fee is not less than 25%.  If Referral Associate does not refer one (1) settle referral, per calendar year, the split will fall back to 70% for  their following two referrals.  However, Referral Associate will always  receive a 90% split when they are the buyer or seller. 

*Residential Rental referrals will not apply toward your first two referrals needed to earn the 90% split.
